Dear Mr. Primakov,

During the upcoming session of the United Nations General Assembly, on the initiative of a number of Member States the question of introduction of the Universal moratorium on execution of capital punishment is going to be discussed.

I ask you to inform, whether the Russian Federation would be supporting the introduction of this question into the agenda of the UNGA session and voting for introduction of such a moratorium.
