IS THERE ANY MORAL: EUROPEAN TRANSNATIONAL RADICAL PARTY

On September, 16, the Transnational Radical Party, the European Radical Alliance Group, did a rare moral act for an intellectual who belong to the occupied part of the Albanian territory. It is Mr. Ukshin Hoti who at the time languishes in Serbo-Slavic prisons.

The fundamental changes that came about, convinced me that the Europeans had recognized Mr.Hoti as a high scale intellectual of Europe and world, who suffers only because he struggled for the fundamental changes in the genuine authentic democracy, not only for the Albanians, but also for all eastern and western nations.

As an individual, an ordinary man belonging to the Albanian people, with a morally clear conscience, I sincerely want to use the right I was granted by nature (God), to support and to appeal to the highest moral and diplomatic jurisdictions, to spread out the truth and to take under their protection Mr.Ukshin Hoti - a martyr of democracy.

Within the huge European family it is natural for the Albanian people to be included in the spheres of European interest. Despite this, Albanians are the only nation in Europe - Balkans separated by the Albanian-Albanian borders.

You friends of the Albanian people, with a clear moral conscience, engage yourselves for the truth, because this a territory where Albanian is an official language.

The fundamental changes in this historic moment had a bad influence on us, because there was no moral responsibility of the American diplomacy.

If (A.D) manipulated with several intellectuals of an eastern

orientation, especially after the disintegration of SFRY, by misusing different democratic slogans.

I appeal to the American intellectual authorities, particularly to the American Academy, to disassociate themselves from negative diplomatic actions.

As an ordinary man, I hope that our European friends in this crucial historical moment, will act with genuine seriousness as suited to the great European wits.

The number of victims has exceeded all limits within which a status offered by the Americans would have been acceptable. In order to have a quiet life, the Europeans should permit the constitution of the Albanian state. Otherwise, the Albanians will have to take up arms and decide on their own fate.

I hope that the European Parliament as an institution of high credibility in the world, will intervene for the release of the Mr.Ukshin Hoti who remains in Serbo-Slavic confinement.

On the threshold of e new century, Albanians as the oldest nation in the Balkans, are in the danger of being oppressed, in the lack of proper and serious organization, with their national dignity to live in an Albanian state being crushed down.

It would be good if the institutions of Europe and the world, would have done everything for the triumph of truth and democracy so that Albanians, after all sacrifices, would finally be free.
