OCTOBER 23 IN MOSCOW THE GENERAL COUNCIL OF THE ANTIMILITARIST RADICAL ASSOCIATION IS HELD

On Friday, October 23, in Moscow the session of General Council of the Antimilitarist Radical Association (ARA) is held. The work of General Council will pass in the State Duma (new building, 11th floor, room 1147). The session begins at 15:00, beginning of registration of the participants and press at 14:30.

Prime question worth in agenda of the General Council is planning of ARA's actions in context of a recent rejection by the State Duma of the project of the federal law on alternative civilian service.
