SPECIAL MOTION ADOPTED BY THE GENERAL COUNCIL OF THE ANTIMILITARIST RADICAL ASSOCIATION
on supporting international campaign of the Radical Party for indictment the President of Serbia Solobodan Miloshevich for war crimes
Moscow, October 23, 1998.
The General Council supports the legal antimilitarist position adopted by the Radical Party and manifested in its international campaign for taking legal action at the Hague Tribunal against all those guilty of having organised and committed war crimes in the ex Yugoslavia; to begin with the main culprit of the Balkan tragedy, Serbian president Slobodan Miloshevich and his national-Bolshevist regime that since 1991 has unleashed four bloody wars and has been mercilessly suppressing democracy in Serbia.
The General Council gives its support to all democratic, liberal, antimilitarist forces in Serbia that struggle against the dictatorship of Miloshevich; it also appeals to all Russian democrats, liberals and antimilitarists to help our Serbian brothers, first of all, by supporting the demand that Slobodan Miloshevich should be officially charged by the Hague Tribunal for having organised war crimes.
