The International War Crimes Tribunal in the
Hague has demanded that the Yugoslav
authorities comply fully and immediately with the
latest United Nations resolution on investigating
alleged human rights abuses in Kosovo.
A spokesman for the tribunal said if Yugoslavia
continues to refuse access to investigating teams,
enforcement measures will be taken.
He gave no details.
He said investigators were still waiting to be
granted Yugoslav visas.
The UN Security Council yesterday called on
Yugoslavia to co-operate with the investigators, but
did not threaten specific penalties.
