Interview with new prime minister of Macedonia Gorgijevski

Under-title of the report is "the case of Rufi Osmani was the "job" of last government, we already declared that in this case there were a lot of irregularities which has lead to political case. We are ready according to normative laws of Macedonia, to re-examine this case and to find the way for amnesty of Mr. Osmani.

VMRO-DPMNE and the DA, can create the new government, but because of the stability of Macedonia and the international support we decided that in the process of forming the new government PDSH also to take part in this process.

Question: MR Georgijevski, you are looking that Albanian political block in Macedonia is not unified and that you are negotiating only with PDSH for creating the new government, do you see Arben Xhaferi like the potential partner in the new government ?

Answer: The answer is yes. We are negotiating with Mr Xhaferi about this issue. Our goal is that to integrate all Albanians in this process. In the another hand is up to Albanian political parties 'PDSH and PDP' to negotiate about they future.

Question: In the last report of the UE and the Commission there are a lot of critics about the position of Albanians in Macedonia, especially about they position in the political life in Macedonia, army, police and education, do you plan the changes in this field?

Answer: Of course yes. We are open to all issues, to sit and talk and to fulfil all the standards of the international community they demands.

Question: Even in the European Parliament the are initiatives about release of Mr Osmani and the others in the Gostivar case, which will be the position of the new government in the case of Osmani ?

Answer: We are ready to re-examine this case and to eliminate according to the law this case as the 'political case' and the amnesty for Mr Osmani.

Question: Which will be the position of the new Government about Kosova ?

Answer: Our position is that Macedonia play the neutral role in this process, we support the international community efforts in Kosova...
