MEP Olivier Dupuis (Radical Alliance, B), asked the Council in a written question why it "almost systematically" gives itself "enormous" time limits for the preparation of responses to "priority" written questions of MEPs concerning "sensitive" issues of foreign policy, while the Commission almost always manages to keep to the three-week delay given for priority questions and six weeks for non-priority questions.
