Mr Dupuis considers as scandalous the decision by the European Union not to put forward a resolution on China

In a press release, Italian Radical Olivier Dupuis describes as scandalous the decision by the European Union not to present during the session of the Commission on Human Rights in Geneva a resolution condemning the systematic violations of human rights in China. He states that this decision is undoubtedly "a new victory for Sir Leon Brittan and for those who, dreamers like himself, believe in a natural and uninterrupted transformation of the Chinese dictatorial regime into democracy".
