Moscow, March 28, 1999. "During the last period I always supported all the initiatives of the Transnational Radical Party in favour of liberty, State of Law, against communist regimes in Beijing, Belgrade or wherever else. Today I decided to join formally the Radical Party and its Russian-based Antimilitarist Radical Association, first of all because of their resolute position taken in favour of last NATO military action aimed at preventing genocide by Serbian regime in Kosovo. I like to be in this party, together with its members, including Olivier Dupuis whom I know personally since January this year, and Nikolaj Khramov who proves in this days that antimilitarism and Gandhian non-violence have nothing common with irresponsible pacifism."
