As reports of attacks on Kosovar civilians in Prizren mount, it is becoming clearer that Serb residents of Prizren are taking part in the murder and looting of their Kosovar neighbors. Yesterday, in the Tusus quarter of Prizren, a man with his nephew were killed in their garden by a group of armed Serb civilians.

The general living conditions for Kosovars in Prizren is grave. During the night, Kosovars do not turn on their lights in fear of attracting the attention of roaming armed Serb civilians and Serb snipers. In all of Prizren there are only three shops which are open, all of which refuse to serve Kosovars, leaving a majority of the population with no means of buying the necessities of life.
