CLUB KHRAMOV JOINS "THE RIGHT CASE" COALITION AND ADHERES TO THE RADICAL PARTY'S AND ARA'S CAMPAIGN "THE THIRD MILLENNIUM WITHOUT DRAFT SLAVERY"

Moscow, May 21, 1999. -- On May 19 in the Moscow headquarters of Radical Party was held the session of directorate of Club Khramov - Association For Libertarian Reforms. After debates the general motion has been passed, where it was fixed the decision about adhesion of the Club to the "Right Case" Coalition, which unites the Russia's Democratic Choice, Democratic Russia party and movement, Young Russia Movement of Boris Nemtsov and a number of other liberal parties And organizations. The necessary documents will be handed to the "Right Case" Coalition at the beginning of next week.

At the same time the Directorate decided that Club Khramov joins the campaign "The Third Millennium Without Draft Slavery" launched by the Transnational Radical Party and Antimilitarist Radical Association (ARA). This campaign has as its purpose abrogation of conscription and transition to completely voluntary principle of Russian armed forces recruitment.

Club Khramov - Association For Libertarian Reforms has been registered as a regional political public association by the Justice Department of Moscow Government at the end of 1998. In this quality it is going to take part in electoral campaign to the State Duma in 1999.
