L'Assemblea paritetica ACP-UE afferma l'importanza della creazione quanto prima del Tribunale penale internazionale quanto prima e rendendo omaggio all'esempio dato dai paesi membri ACP-UE, Senegal, Trinidad-Tobago e Italia, che hanno ratificato lo statuto del TPI, invitano tutti gli stati membri della Convenzione di Lom a firmare e a ratificare lo statuto prima della fine dell'anno 2000;

The Joint Assembly ACP-UE affirms the importance of the early establishement of the International Criminal Court and, appreciating and welcoming the leading examble of ACP-UE Members States: Senegal, Trinidad and Tobago, and Italy which have already completed the process for ratifying the ICC Statute, calls upon all Lom Convention Member staets to sign and ratify the ICC Statute by the end of 2000.
