On the appeal for the one-mandate election system

Dear Mr. Khramov!

I dare say that your "Appeal for the one-mandate election reform", unlike many other initiatives of the Transnational Radical Party, is erroneous. In my opinion, under present conditions the reform which you propose would lead to the destruction of democratic mechanisms, and not to the establishment of the multy-party democracy.
