The Council of Federation unanimously adopted the law prohibiting distribution in the media and the computer networks (which are not the media in themselves) information about ways and methods of elaboration, production, use and places of purchase of narcotic drugs or psychopharmaceuticals; propaganda of any advantages in use of specific drugs or psychopharmaceuticals is prohibited as well. So - when the president signs this law - one will easily get an official warning of the Ministry of Press for publishing the address of some Dutch drug-store or for the phrase like "marijuana is less dangerous than heroin".
