THE CASE OF NEVEROVSKY: "THE EXAMINED PERSON HAS CONVICTIONS" - THAT IS THE CONCLUSION OF THE PSYCHOLOGICAL EXPERTISE

Yesterday in Obninsk the psychological expertise of Dmitry Neverovsky came to an end. The expertise at the department of general and juridical psychology of the State University of Kaluga was prescribed in the beginning of June by the investigator of his case. The conclusion of the expertise is definite: "The examined person has convictions which contradict the performance of the military service".

Dmitry Neverovsky who on November 25, 1999 was sentenced to two years of imprisonment according to the Art. 328.1 of the Russian Criminal Code ("evading the military service") because he conscientiously objected, spent 146 days in the prison of Kaluga. Now his criminal case is again at the Kaluga Prosecutor's office at the stage of preliminary investigation.

Dmitry Neverovsky and the Antimilitarist Radical Association insist on his unconditional acquittal for the lack of corpus delicti.
