I am grateful to you and to Mr. Dupuis for such a high appraisal of my activities in the cause of the defense of the human rights.

Unfortunately I can not sign your Appeal and join the TRP as according to the article 3 of the Law of the Russian Federation "On the status of the judges in the Russian Federation" a judge has not a right to be a member of a political party or a movement.
