The explosion in the center of Moscow has set deputies to return to the examination of the question on the death penalty. The leader of the faction "People's Deputy" Gennady Raykov has said that in autumn the Duma will discuss the revocation of the moratorium on the death penalty for grave crimes. "The explosions ring out in the center of Moscow already, and the authorities will have to act more toughly in this situation", - said Raykov.
