| Now, after the Zagabria Conference of EU, I hear someone speaking of "Balkans", not of Croatia, Serbia, Greece, and so on, and of the necessity of some "cooperation" among Nations of the area. Nobody dares to say that the real great problem of Balkans has a specific name, "Federatio Balkanica", or "Balkan Federation". The Radical Party (formerly Transnational) was presented of an idea, a rough draft if not a plan, of a long work-in-progress toward a new balkanian policy, trying to give a sense and a perspective to that "Federatio balcanica". The idea was rejected with some irony. What a pity! |
