Dear Mr. Khramov,

I wholly suport your idea of the need to organize and carry out a wide public political discussion on the reform of the election law.

In my turn I would like to emphasize that this problem should be examined in complex with a series of other questions concerning and influencing the process of forming the political elite in Russia, in particular the Federal Law "On political parties" that is presently in the process of working out.

A wide spectrum of social and political unions of the region takes part in the debates on this question within the framework of the activities of the Public Chamber at the Governor of the Saratovsky region.

The position of the Governor and the Public Chamber concerning this question will be sent to the State Duma of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation after examination of the results of the debates.
