CONSCIENTIOUS OBJECTION: THE COURT SITTING ON THE CASE OF ALEXEY IGNATYEV WILL TAKE PLACE ON JANUARY 26

On January 26 the Gagarinsky Intermunicipal Court will examine the complaint of conscientious objector, member of the ARA and the Radical Party, Alexey Ignatyev, against the enlistment commission that refused to assign him to the alternative civilian service regardless of the right to perform alternative civilian service instead of the military service, guaranteed by the article 59.1 of the Russian Constitution.

The sitting will begin at 10.00 a.m. The address of the Gagarinsky Court: ul. Donskaya 11, building 1. The judge - Sakhno (appt. 202).
