Russia doesn't need a law on parties at all, said Russian coordinator of the Radical Party Nikolay Khramov. In his opinion, "a party is a private affair of citizens". In confirmation of his words ne brought a pig to the press center of the "Mir Novostey". The pig was wearing a tablet on its "breast" saying "I want to be a state money-box for the partocracy".
