In Baku the radical party's headquarter, which was a private appartment owned by armenian people, has virtually been destroyed by unknown hooligans on January 19th, while unrest was going on in the area.

This news has been communicated by Dmitri Starostin to Yevgeniya Debryanskaya last saturday and was then told to Nikolay Khramov yesterday.

It has not been possible to get in contact with the city of Baku and we therefore have no more information and neither a possibility of interviewing some of the radicals concerned.

The radical party in Baku has about ten members.

Fortunately non of the radicals was present at the time of the destruction and thus nobody was killed or hurt.
