Moscow - On the 18 of March finished elections to republican and local Soviets of People's Deputies. A new deputy Alexandr Kalinin invited representatives of the Radical party to the official meeting on which his deputy mandate sould have been given to him. He proposed to tell about aims of the Party and main directions of its work in the Soviet Union as his program in some items is very close to ideas of the Radical party for example what concerns death penalty.

On the next day after making this proposal the meeting was cancelled by the executive committee of the local Soviet and the deputy's mandate was given to Alexandr Kalinin in the building of the Soviet by its official without any public.
