On the 11th of May in the most fashionable hotel in Moscow "Intercontinental" a filantropic evening with participations of famous artists, political activists and state officials. This meeting, called "To the XXI Age without Drugs", was organized by the All Union Society for the Saving Children and Adolescents from Alcohol and Drug Abuse and was being recordered by the Central TV.
7 activists of the Radical party, which was officially invited to this meeting, took an active part in it (Nikolaj Khramov, Andrey Kuzin, Elena Ovcharenko, Alexandr Pronozin, Alexandr Smirnov, Alexandr Tenjanov, Svetlana Tenjanova). In the foyer under the big simbol of the party an agitation table was placed at which antiprohibitionist leaflets of the Radical party were being spread. One thousand leaflets was given out.
Nikolaj Khramov and Alexand Pronozin gave an interview to the most popular youth TV program "Vzgljad" (Look). Then an antiprohibitionist discussion was inspired during which Nicolaj Khramov was arguing Anatolij Bakaev, the chief of the Ministry of Internal Affairs department for prevention of offences among under age persons.
Two very popular soviet singers Zhanna Aguzarova and Lev Lescenko expressed big interest to the Radical party and said about their simpathy to its ideas, especially to campaign against death penalty.
During this evening 5 new members joined the Radical party.
