MOSCOW, October 6. - Aleksandr Kalinin, deputy of Moscow City Soviet, members of Commetee of Soldiers' Mothers L. Golnikova and N. Lysova made an inspection visit to a military construction unit in the suburbs of Moscow.

The unit has very high rate of desertions, ill-treatment of soldiers. The inspection visit proves that the main cause of the brutality are defeets inherement to the present system of conscription.
