MOSCOW, October 10. - The draft of bill on civilian alternative service prepared by the Soviet members of Transnational Radical Party was passed to V. Zolotuhin, people's deputy of the USSR and member of the Supreme Soviet of the USSR Commetee on youth affairs.
Earlier the draft had been passed to the Supreme Soviet of Russia Commetee on human rights. In both cases the drafts were passed together with the signatures collected in Western Europe and the USA in support of the Moscow City Soviet deputies' Petition for civilian alternative service. The collection of signatures was organized by the American Quaker community.
