Moscow, 31 October. - After the meeting of Radicals and pacifists which took place in a private apartament, the elevator with 3 Radicals (Nikolaj Khramov, Elena Ovcharenko, Aleksandr Pronozin) and activist of Golubka Project Jurij Dzhibladze suddenly began fall down rash from the 14-th floor. It was a miracle that prevented the elevator with the passengers from smashing. Only after more then two hours the prisoners of the elevator were freed by life-crew of technics.

While sitting in the torn off elevator Jurij Dzhibladze joined to the Radical Party for 1990 and contributed 10 roubles as membership fee.
