(MOSCOW, JANUARY 26). - After 1 of February 1991 Soviet armed forces will patrol together with militia on the streets of Moscow, capitals of Soviet republics and other big cities.

This information was exposed in the statement of Ministry of defence which was communicated by Central TV yesterday evening. In this statement is declared that some weeks ago the common order of Ministry of defence and Ministry of internal affairs was signed. According this order military units with guns and armored cars must also "provide the public order during the mass manifestations".

This statement was published only after series of alarming articles in the Soviet press.

All experts estimate the common order of two ministries as anti-constitutional because it puts into practice some elements of extremely situation without president's or parliament's authorization.
