(Moscow, February 3). - Ilja Linskij, 18 years old Radical and member of Democratic Union, was officially admitted mentally disabled man after his statement of objection to military service on religious and pacifist grounds. He was informed about it by investigator of Zelenograd district procurator office of Moscow city.

It means that criminal case against Linskij must be stopped and he must be released from criminal responsibility for his non-violent action.

In his statement delivered to the military minister Dmitrij Jazov some months ago, Linskij declared that he would not canceal from justice and law.
