(Tbilisi, February 23). - The Radical delegation which took part at the 3rd Congress of National Independence Party of Georgia (NIPG) participated today in a big rally for withdrawal of Soviet army from Georgia and for demilitarization of the republic organized by NIPG in the center of the city.
