(Moscow, March 4). - Over than 20 people demonstrated today in front of the editorial office of "Moskovsky Komsomolets" newspaper. This demonstration was organized by the Radical Party to protest against publishing in this newspaper of the petition to European Parliament for prohibition on abortion three days ago. Activists of SAFO (Free Association of Feminist Organizations), KAS (Confederation of Anarcho-Syndicalists) and AROM (Radical Anarchist Youth Association) took part at the manifestation together with Radicals.

Radicals and their supporters were holding slogans: "No to prohibition on abortion!", "Women must have right of choice", "No to return to underground abortion!", "Together with democratic and laic Europe", "Prohibition on abortion leads woman to the prosector's table", "Moskovsky Komsomolets is not Osservatore Romano", "No to sexism and clericalism", "Sexual education but not prohibition on abortion".

Many Soviet and foreign journalists from "Moskovsky Komsomolets", "Kuranty", Radio Liberty, BBC etc. took interview from demonstrators.

Demonstration was finished after delivering to the editorial office statement of protest addressed to Mr. Gusev, editor-in-chief of "Moskovsky Komsomolets".

One new member joined the Radical Party during this demonstration.
