(Moscow, April 6). - During the foundation meeting in Moscow Communication's Institute the Moscow Inter-College Association of "Democratic Russia" movement was founded. 83 delegates represented 20 high schools of Moscow.

Student of Moscow Aviation Institute Andrej Krymov, member of the Radical Party and activist of "Democratic Russia" movement was elected to the Coordination Council of the Association. Coordination Council decided that one of the first activities of this new association will be participation on the petition campaign for the alternative civilian service.
