(Moscow - Tbilisi, May 17, 1991). - The intentions about inter-party partnership in the sphere of information exchange which were expressed during meetings between Radicals and leadership of National Democratic Party of Georgia in Tbilisi last November, now get the material substance.

According the agreement between members of RP working in Moscow center and Main Committee of NDPG, information from National Democratic Party's press center about political events in Georgia addressed to the public, political parties, organizations and mass media will be distributed from Moscow Radical center with help of Moscow Radicals. Giorgi Zumbadze, member of political leadership of NDPG will be permanent resident of this party in Moscow.

This partnership which underlines transnational and trans-party character of Radical Party is important not only for Radical Party but also for Georgian democratic opposition fighting for independence of its country, political democracy and human rights violated by the authoritarian regime of Gamsakhurdia. As members of oppositional parties say, situation of political rights is now even worse as during the last months of Communist regime: first of all Gamsakhurdia and Georgian mass media which is completely loyal to him make a real information blockade of any oppositional force.

The first press communication issued by National Democratic Press Center in Tbilisi through Moscow Radical center was information about arrest of four National Democrats for public reprimand to Gamsakhurdia during the elections debate in Gory at 15 of May.
