(Brussels, 4 June 1991) - The official Soviet delegation which was invited by Free University of Brussels and some Belgian peace organization to study situation of conscientious objection in Belgium, just after arrival took part here at the funeral manifestation near the monument of Tyanangmeng's victims together with approximately 300 others Belgian and Chinese participants.

The manifestation was organized by Chinese democratic emigrants' organizations in Brussels. After the end of speeches partakers laid flowers to the monument.

Except Nikolaj KHRAMOV and Aleksandr PRONOZIN - two Radicals from Moscow, working for the problem of conscientious objection and alternative civilian service, the delegation included: Igor BOGDANOV, deputy of Supreme Soviet USSR (Inter-Regional Group); Valentina BUZMAKOVA, journalist from Nizhnij Novgorod; colonel Anatolij PCHELINCEV, jurist, professor of the Military Institute of the Ministry of Defence of the USSR.
