(Brussels, 7 June 1991) - Soviet delegation including Igor Bogdanov, deputy of Supreme Soviet USSR; colonel Anatolij Pchelincev, military jurist, co-author of a draft bill on conscientious objection for the Youth Commission of the Supreme Soviet of the USSR and two members of Radical Party - Nikolaj Khramov and Aleksandr Pronozin, visited today Belgian Ministry of the INTERIOR.

They were admitted by Mr. Henri Diels, member of the administration, who explained the administrative problems concerning the alternative civilian service. During the conversation the possibility of consultations while organization of alternative service in the USSR was also discussed.
