Prague, July 18th 1991 - Marco Taradash -member of European Parliament and of the Federal Council of Radical Party- has been spending two days in Prague, between July 17th and 18th, for the sake of radicals engaged in the antiprohibitionist initiative in Czechoslovakia.
On July 17th, Taradash had a meeting with Jozef Miklosko, vice-Prime Minister of the Federal Government. During the meeting -to which also took part John Bok and Paolo Pietrosanti- it has been fixed the International Conference about Drugs in Central and Eastern Europe, to be held in the Czechoslovak capital until the end of 1991, organized by Radical Party together with the Governmental Committee against drugs, under the patronage of Ms. Olga Havlova and the same Mr. Miklosko.
Just a short time after, Taradash took part to a conference-debate organized in Prague by radicals living in CS, in front of more than 100 citizens, experts, policemen, medicians, politicians,... and more than 20 journalists.
Chairman of the conference-debate was Richard Stockar; co-chairmen, the following members of Radical Party: Ivan Douda, psychologist; Emil Scuka, President of ROI (Romska Obcanska Iniciativa=Civic Rom Initiative) and General Secretary of the World Rom Union; Dezider Balog, Ondrej Gina, Zdenek Guzi, Deputies in the Ceske Narodni Rada (=Czech National Parliament).
Taradash has been interviewed by several daily and periodicals.
