Prague, July 27th 1991. - The last issue of the Czechoslovak weekly Reporter publishes a long interview with Ivan Douda, psychologist of Prague Centre for Alcool and Drugs Addicts, member of Radical Party.
In the interview Dr. Douda underlines his opinion, according to which the very first step in an effective politics about drugs it's not to punish addicts, i.e. decriminalization.
»It cannot be allowed addicts -said also Douda- to be victims of both the criminal mafia and the "official" one .
