(Kiev, 16 October, 1991) - About 20 members of the Radical Party living in Kiev and a number of non-party residents of the city took part at the general assembly of Radical Party in the capital of Ukraine.

During the meeting which was leaded by Ukrainian MP, member of the Federal Council of the Radical Party Vladimir Moskovka and by Radical activist from Moscow Nikolaj Khramov, it was decided to prepare the founding of the Radical Association for United States of Europe in Ukraine. The practical questions connected with the completing of membership 1991, also the demonstration for acknowledgment of Slovenia and Croatia at 22 of October in front of Ukrainian parliament, were discussed.

Four new members joined Radical Party after the meeting. It was already second open meeting, making by Radicals in Ukrainian capital.
