Prague, January 27th 1992. Several dozens of citizens have taken part to the demonstration held in front of the Italian Embassy, today in Prague.

The demonstration has been organiby Radical Party to protest against the visit to Italy of Premier Li Peng of China.

Radicals had announced in advance the demonstration to the Italian Ambassador and they had asked a meeting in order to give him in charge the appeal that in Italy has been signed by several personalities. But the very first reaction of the Embassy to the demonstration has been to close violently the door. Later, the text of the appeal has been "received" only by the timid hand of a carabiniere.

A delegation of the Society for Friendship with Tibet has taken part to the demonstration, carrying Tibetan flags.

A dozen of journalists and photographers have followed both the demontration and the reaction of the Italian Embassy.
