Moscow, May 15, 1992
Mr President,
we, militants of Radical Party - a transnational, trans-party, European federalist, democratic, non-violent party, - who lives and works in Russia, express our strong protest against actions of former federal army on the territory of Bosnia and Hercegovina.
Henocide of muslim population of Sarajevo, making now by units of former "Yugoslavian People's Army" and Serbian para-military troops operating in fact under your protection, associates in our conscience with Jewish henocide made by Nazi in Warsaw getto.
We declare about our will to resist the criminal - we can not find an other word - actions National Bolshevist leadership of Serbia, its militarist, expansionist and - in fact - nazist policy against both neighborough countries (like Bosnia, Slovenia, Croatia) and its own minorities (Albanians of Kossovo, Hungarians of Vojvodina).
We demand to stop muslim henocide in Sarajevo, evacuation from Bosnia of all ex-federal army's units (including these ones who declared about its status as military forces of so called "Serbian republic of Bosnia and Hercegovina"). We insist on the acknowledgment of Bosnia, like of all other ex-Yugoslavian republics.
We demand also the respect of their rights for all ethnic and religious minorities in former Yugoslavia.
