About 40 policemen from the special unit for the struggle against disorders were observing the action without intervention.
At the beginning of the action two unknown persons tried to provoce scuffle with demonstrators, but the well colored non-violent character of the action didn't permit to develop such way of events.
Correspondents of many newspapers (News From Ukraine, Golos Ukrainy [parliament's paper], Moloda Gvardia, Kievska Pravda and others) and the Ukrainian news agency UKRINFORM were presented on the action.
During the demonstration about 50 newspapers The New Party were distributed among the passers-by.
