We, undersigned deputies of Parliament of the Republic of Moldova, who are members of the Transnational Radical Party in 1993, who have convened on the general assembly in Chisinau on June 2, 1993

- basing on humanitarian ideals,

- being convinced that human life is a highest value,

- remembering that Republic of Moldova has undersigned and ratified the most important international documents concerning human rights,

appeal to the Parliament of the Republic of Moldova proposing to exclude from the draft of the Constitution of the Republic of Moldova Article 21 (3) concerning death penalty.

Supporting this proposal, Parliament of the Republic of Moldova will demonstrate its attitude to the humanitarian principles, to the principles of democracy and State of Law.
