A major campaign to gather signatures on the appeal promoted by the radical party is scheduled for tomorrow, Saturday 18, and Sunday 19 September. Gathering spots will be prepared in many Italian and European cities, while demonstrations will be held to increase the public opinion's awareness on the possibility of punishing the crimes committed after 1991 in the Balkans.
Stands will be available in many cities, including: MOSCOW, KIEV, BUDAPEST, ZAGREB, PRAGUE, BRUSSELS, BARCELONA and LISBON, and in Italy in ROME, MILAN, TURIN, GENUA, PALERMO, VERONA AND REGGIO EMILIA and other centres.

OVER 100 EUROPEAN PARLIAMENTARIANS FROM ALL GROUPS ENDORSE THE APPEAL TO THE UNITED NATIONS. EUROPEAN PARLIAMENT APPROVES PARAGRAPH RELATIVE TO THE INSTITUTION OF THE INTERNATIONAL CRIMES TRIBUNAL.
At the initiative of the Green Group and of the Liberal Group, the European Parliament has approved, in the resolution adopted on 16 September on the situation in Bosnia-Herzegovina, a paragraph in which Member States are asked to make all possible efforts to achieve the immediate constitution of the tribunal against crimes established by Resolution No. 827 of the United Nations Security Council.
