(Kiev, September 19, 1993) - During the second day of international mobilization for the International Tribunal on war crimes committed in ex-Yugoslavia, 339 persons have signed the appeal to the United Nations on street table opened on Maidan Nezalezhnosti - the main square of Kiev. The appeal was signed by citizens of Ukraine, Russia, Latvia, Moldova, United States, Kazakhstan, Georgia. 5 new members have joined Radical Party during the action on Maidan Nezalezhnosti.
Mr. Stephen Brown, head of U.N. mission in Ukraine, and Mr. Bogdan Lisovich, deputy head of mission, have especially visited the Radical table to express their support to the RP's campaign.
In generally, 743 signatures were collected during two days of mobilization in Kiev, 19 new members have joined RP.
