MOSCOW, November,16 th. Press-conference on official inauguration of the Ad Hoc International Tribunal for War Crimes Committed in Former Jugoslavia was hold in Radical Party Moscow Office. Three journalists from Russian Information Agency, Moskovskij Komsomolets, Press-Agency of Georgia presented at the press-conference. Mamuka Tsagareli, Vice-President of the General Council delivered a detailed report on the issues of Tribunal destination, its structure and organisation, role of the Radical Party in its establishment and stressed the lack of finances. Sergej Sheboldaev, Member of the General Council, and Vladimir Grishkin, jurist, answered to the questions of the journalists, that covered mostly the organisation of the gathering of the evidence, prosecution opportunities and the possibility to force criminals to appear in the Court personally.
