In pursuance of the UN Security Council resolution on 17 November this year the opening ceremony of the International Tribunal on Military Crimes is to take place in The Hague (Netherlands). The Tribunal will consider military crimes committed in the territory of the former Yugoslavia. A press-conference held by the Ukrainian branch of the Radical Party on 16 November was devoted to this issue. It was this transnational party that raised the issue on the Tribunal opening.

Similar press-conferences were held in Rome, Budapest, Bucharest, Ankara, Zagreb, Strasbourg, Moscow, and Ouagadougou.
