In your March 22nd issue you state that Marco Pannella and I are participating in an electoral horse trade in Italy. For the past fifteen years we have, among other things, been campaigning for the legalization of drugs. I remember a cover of the Economist a few years ago and more recent ones which strongly supported the same position we horse-traders support in many countries where some 600 MPs, elected in several dozens national parties and who are also members of the transnational Radical Party, are operating. Our party is organizing an Easter March to be held in Rome on April 3rd to urge a universal moratorium of capital executions and the establishment of an international court on crimes against humanity.
