Dear Mrs. Bonino,

On behalf of representatives of Democratic faction of Ukrainian Parliament, let me greet you heartfeltly and thank you for a great responsibility of foundation of international criminal jurisdiction, and let me wish you success in development of Treaty on foundation of the Tribunal.

We like the main idea of protection of peace and order in the world very much. We also share your anxiety about humane values and rights, that are brutally trampled on during any conflicts, and about atrocities committed, that revive in mind terrors and violence of totalitarist and communist regimes, taking into account that the majority of Ukrainian Parliament is the proletarian pro-communist power, that is not capable to make conclusion of absurdity of the system, but on the contrary, they suggest it actively.

We agree with the appeal to the General Secretary of UN.

We are ready to take part in that affair according to our possibilities.
