Rome 17 January, 1999. The time has come for Governments, starting from European, to acknowledge that the atrocities perpetrated today in Kosova, like those in Bosnia and Croatia yesterday, are a fundamental part of the 10-years-old nazi-communist policy of the Belgrade regime and the organization of power orchestrated by dictator Milosevic.

There won't be any eventual freedom, democracy or peace for Serbs or Kosovars alike until Milosevic is indicted for war crimes and crimes against humanity by the The Hague Tribunal. This should be the spirit of the NATO intervention; an action that should go against the hypocrisies of some European Governments and the criminal paralysis of the UN Security Council. It is right on this that we will measure its credibility.
