Rome, 26 March 1999. "Italy's vile position on Kosovo follows the old path of its double standards policy and represents a partnership with the enemy. With this policy, Italy goes against the defense of human and civil rights, sabotaging the military action undertaken by the allies.

Milosevic can count on this squallid behaviour to keep, through its Hitlerian policy, Montenegro and the right to save or distroy the peoples of the former Yugoslavia, Serbs included.

The plan of the racist restauration of real-communism, from Salonicco to Moscow, has already, and in particular in Italy, found its fertile terrain for the flourishing of Quisling of all types and many other mini-Kerenski."
